On arrival finding one toilet non-operational, totally stained bed sheets and towels. A complete nightmare!!<br />

A smooth cooktop that had been glued like a puzzle prior to our arrival, which was reported to the owners' caretaker and told" not to worry about it".Lo and behold, when vacation was over returned keys immediately, as we were told to do, so that we would then receive our deposit right away.<br />

Instead of receiving deposit...we instead received an email that stated we would not get out deposit, accused us of the breakage and other falsehoods . We were completely duped by these scam artists.<br />

My husband and I will never use vrbo again and hope to warn others to beware of these totally ruthless and immoral people.
