I recently bought a Sunshine Girl hair straightener from ISO Beauty Inc. via eBay. It was shipped to me on 11/9 and stopped working in less than two weeks. I was shocked to learn that the "lifetime warranty" ISO offers on this product requires me to pay $29.99 for "shipping and handling" in addition to the $9.00 I paid to ship the defective product back to ISO's wholesaler in California. So I've now spent almost $40 to return a defective product for which I originally paid $50. I contacted ISO by phone and by email and was told that I have to pay the $29.99, because they have to send it back to Europe. You can imagine that I'm not happy with this response. The product was virtually new and simply stopped working through no misuse or mistreatment on my part. ISO's "lifetime warranty" is no warranty - it's a complete scam!
