AIT or Advanced Network Technologies is a company that will not stop hassling Goodwill Industries. Their accounting department does not know that we have cancelled our account 4-5 months ago, and yet we still receive threatening email to pay our past due balance.

We, at Goodwill have tried several channels to end this problem, but AIT has never resolved it. Our Internet service has never worked which is why we terminated the account.

To be threatened to pay the last five months of "service" is a an outright crime.

I have left voice mails, emails, waited on hold and to no avail, AIT did not respond. Their idea of handling a problem is passing the buck.

My recommendation is simple: I strongly recommend that NO ONE considers AIT for a DNS if they expect a professional service. I encourage all to email me on questions about AIT, for I know their operation better than they do.
