Kearns is a former attorney, with 20 years of experience, who was disbarred for no good reason -- it was an injustice. He never stole anything or is in any way guilty of harming clients go read the report at iardc.org, and you will see the worst side against him -- and that should be clear it is all bullshit against Mr. Kearns. Kearns is not connected with ISPNA, except it is his wife's business. ISPNA is a retail immigrant service agency employing attorneys on a contract basis. Between Kearns when he was practicing, and ISPNA, thousands of clients have been helped and/or gotten green cards. Only nasty scummy competitors who can't beat them any other way post these bullshit anonymous complaints.
