Gioacchino Gasparre, AKA Jack, has owned an Italian restaurant called Posticino for close to a quarter of a century. Hundreds of thousands of pizzas have been made and carried out under his watchful eye. Jack had the vision of creating a contemporary and accessible, home-use wood-burning pizza oven to tease out that true Italian flavour. Fast-forward to present day, our new company was born.
