I bought a RV in 2010 in anticpation of receiving a $10.000 rebate 36 months later. I followed all of the rules and had all my i's dotted and t's crossed and sent the documents I had gaurded away. Scammed!!! I now read I am one of many...anyone actually made any progress on this mess????
