Paid for a prada belt on 12/03 and NEVER received the merchandise. I have contactged them and they state they reimbursed the money... of course they never did. I need to report them, can anyone help how to report them? The phone number listed never picks up, emails get answered sporadically with really bad english. Must be an asian company situated in San Diego, CA.
