I had to pay the for my school and was not able to graduate due to program manager female who told me to leave the class. My financial did not get approved as I did not serve in the military. Still the administrator female and finance manager asian told me not to drop from school but to write to the state and they will approve it and also told me to write to our council man for approval. I went to his office in my area and presented all the papers including letter of recommendation letter and at the end the told me I had to pay so I was forced to get student loan. They cannot teach. The algegra teacher wrote the final exam answers on the board and told us to hurry up as he had to go watch a game and left us alone in class and waited down the hall in case someone came. Few years prior to this I witnessed the counselor who is walking with a limp leg at the parking lot of EDD unemployment office in El Monte giving out flyers to everyone there going to the office for ITT which I know is also illegal. Currently west covina, CA is close. You wonder why. PARENTS MESSAGE from me keep your children in community and actual university takes longer. There is not short cut unless you want they to crash.
