stop dealing with those scam companies u get nowhere. call your credit card company to get your refund plus report/file it to the BBB. I got all my money back that my credit card company (BOA) credited to me temporarily and still undergoing investigation and I also file to the BBB in case I don't get my money. It's like $180 for 3 transactions I didn't authorized.
