Did not order-cancelled in time span advised
In ordering a "Free Trial" for $4.99 you are automatically charged not $4.99 but $78.93. I haev spent hours trying to get this charge removed and pay the trial offer charge to NO AVAIL. This company is definitely a SCAM.

Unauthorized charge of credit card
My credit card company contacted me regarding unauthorized charges on my credit card. I would like my money refunded & I would like to know where I can return the merchandise that was sent without my permission. I do not wish to participate in this scam at all. I want my money refunded to me ASAP or I will be seeking counsel. Thank you.

Fraudulant billing on Visa
Fraudulent charges placed on my credit card. Requested a free trial on whitening product and they placed charges on card other than the shipping charges I agreed on. This is not only sneaky and but a dishonest way to do business. How do I get those charges off my card. Help, PLEASE.

unauthorized debit
I too was duped by this Ivory whites "free trial" for only paying shipping.. My account was charged 88.97 for a membership and another 9.99 from axiswellness. I have sent an e-mail to the company demanding a refund but am not too optomistic about getting a response! has anyone had any luck getting a refund?

Do not apply for the "free" trial from Ivory Brites. They automatically sign you up for online Axis Wellness Portal whether you check the box or not. When you call and complain about the $9.99 a month charge for this unwanted service you are required to email your complaint. I DID NOT check the box for this service and they claim that I did. I know how to read and use a computer. This company is an online company only. You cannot talk to anyone to get issues resolved. How clever. You can only talk with someone to cancel your membership. Customer service is not authorized to give refunds. Ivory Brites is not a free trial. If you do not contact them for an RMA number to return the product within 15 days from the DATE THEY SHIP the product they automatically charge your credit card $89.00 for their "FREE" trial. You actually don't have 14 days to try the product. Ivory Brites will not accept any returned products without this RMA number. They are not responsible for "lost" mail so be sure to get a confirmation receipt for sending the product back from your Post Office. How many people actually click on and read "terms and conditions" or "refunds and exchanges" when purchasing a "free trial"? Ivory Brites is very deceptive. I can only advise consumers who have been deceived by this company to report them to your Attorney General. These companies should have to post in big letters next to "FREE TRIAL" the charges that will be applied to your credit card in 15 days. Very deceptive.

what a rip off, I thought charge was 4.99, saw that on my statement and much to my surprise an 88.97 charge.I was in FL at nursing conference and never tried the stuff.I saw other people had same c/o.what can I do?

Unathorized free trial and charges
I received a "free trial" without asking for it . don't know how they got my e mail address or my phone number. I called to cancel they said said that I agreed on terms and agreements wich is false . I never requested it, I didn't even visited their web site.

Ok just want everyone to know how much of a scam this is!!! I purchased this low price free trial and I guess you have to cancel within 15 days from the ORDER DATE or they start to charge away at your account. Other companies ...Celebrity smiles and Easy White...DO NOT accept these free trials its more trouble then they are worth. So of course you dont even get the product for a week and a half, so you think ok within 15 days I need to call them...NOPE they have already charges you account a huge amount and refuse to refund anything. Please do not get these products...you will be out alot of money and time!!!

Charged Debit Card without permission
Recently saw an ad on internet(pop-up) for free trial to preview product. Only had to pay minimal shipping/handling fee to try.
Have not even tried product yet before my checking account was debited $88.97. Did not intend to purchase product until I was sure it worked. This company was not authorized to take this money from my acct. I was not informed of this until I rec'd new product at my place of business today(6/12/09). I am requesting that this money be returned IMMEDIATELY back into my checking account as this was a debit card /not credit and this company has already rec'd MY money!! This unethical business practice is inconceiveable and totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL GLADLY SEND THIS PRODUCT BACK!!
