I ordered IVP*SMOOTHAWAY over the internet using my Wallmart Greendot Visa card. It is the safest card I have found. IVP*SMOOTHAWAY charged the account $60.93 for a $14.99 product! I am happy to say they were declined because I never load very much money on my card, it is strictkly for internet use!
