I have had a very similar experiences with IWB & Grant Express. I am so sure the two are linked however they say no. I'm not even sure they are from the USA. After trying to sign up for unemployment on line, I was directed to a site that was giving away a free CD on Government Grants. Was told I had 30 days to cancel which ended up to be only 7. My account was charged $69.95. I called and cancelled whatever it was they were selling. They didn't want to refund my $69.95 but I demanded to talk to someone who would give me a credit on the spot. They did credit my checking account back the $69.95 but then a few days ago there was a $30.00 charge from IWB. Not knowing what that was I called my Credit Union. They are the reason I was able to find this web site. I called Grant Express & they actually had the IWB toll free number. Imagine that!! 1-800-230-4043. I called and demanded my money be returned & I got Cancellation #'s.<br />
On top of all this both places tried to give me something else for free! I said you have go to be KIDDING!! Good luck to anyone else with this problem. They will refund you money if you are firm. Telling them they are a fradulant business may also have helped.
