	November 19, 2008 tooth whitening I ordered a trial whitening kit with this company once and after that they took $88.98 out of my account twice without my permisiion and after numerous calls since July of this year they have not refunded me my money yet! They lie and tell you it will be 5-7 days and nothing happens. This has been going on since July until present. I sent the product back and before the cancellation period and yet they charged me twice and got the merchandise on top of it all.
	November 3, 2008 DEBIT CHARGES ON MY DEBIT CARD I ORDERED A TRAIL SAMPLE OF TOOTH WHITENING FROM WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A COLGATE SITE, AND FOR THE NEXT TWO MONTHS $88.97 WAS DEBITED FROM MY CHECKING ACCT. I CALLED THEM AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME SO I FILED A FRAUD CHARGE WITH MY BANK WHO SAYS THESE PEOPLE HAVE A DISCLAIMER AND I DID NOT SEE THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE NOR DO I REMEMBER ONE BEING THEIR. I AM OUT $177. AND SOME CHANGE BECAUSE OF THESE FOLKS. CAN YOU HELP ME? MY HUSBAND HAS HAD SURGERY TWICE SINCE OCTOBER AND I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO SPARE!!
	October 14, 2008 fraudulent charges Ordered product on trial then started getting charged $88.97 a month. Can't get a hold of the company by phone or online to cancel. My credit card company won't help me.(Capital One) I don't know what to do. Any suggestions??????????????
