I don't know who they are. When I tried to call several times, the phone is dead; it doesn't ring. I reported the unauthorized charges to Discover Card but they feel it is legitimate. I am not receiving any product and they aren't reachable for me. Living only on Social Security, $39.95 is a lot of money. It appears 3 times at least on my charge bill and I don't use that card, but the account is still active.
