I sent this company a digital board for my TV. He said it was repaired and ready to send back. I paid him promptly (same day) and he said it was sent back. Time passed and I asked for a tracking code as it still was not there. He responded with "give it some time and if you still don't get it let me know as I have another I can send". I persisted and he "said" he sent another and gave a tracking number. HOWEVER, the post office said it was never picked up at his location and it was merely a "tickler" to let them know he had a package ready.


I filed a complaint with Paypal, got my money back and I filed a complaint with the BBB and he did not respond. I have no board (which I could have received a $50 core rebate on) and I am out shipping to his local. Not to mention complete time waster and still a broken TV.
