Conversely, for flat roofs, we are able to upgrade this set-up by laying hot tar on a mop sheet over the cap sheet for stronger durability and waterproofing. This is similar to applying gravel sheeting to your roof top. We can also build up a flat roof with one-, two-, and three-ply sheets of paper and rock roofs. Please note that rock roof is also installed with hot tar.
