Subject: illegal construction of 4th floor in DDA Flat No-J4/105B, Kalakaji, New Delhi 19,
Sir,

illegal construction has been started on the 4th floor of Flat No 105B of J-4, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, N.Delhi 19, Distt.South Flats have been constrcted as ground & 1st floor only. The construction of 4th floor has been started in April 2011, there is also a risk of building getting damaged. The said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws


in view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 4th floor.
