This company packed up and took possession of my goods at the end of June 2009. After they had my money, that's when the troubles started. First they told me that they had shipped my stuff in mid-June. However, they admitted later that that was a lie. After that, they stopped returning my emails and refused to take my phone calls. Now is October 21, 2009, and I still don't have my stuff, or any word of when I might get it. I have emailed them repeatedly to ask what the situation is, and he even managed to get Carlo on the phone a couple of times. He always tells me that he will take care of things right away, but then nothing happens.

I calculate my losses to about 20, 000 U.S. dollars.

Do not use this company.

I have initiated legal action against them, but it is difficult because I am in Canada and they're in Dubai.
