I am a existing customer of ICICI bank for the last 8 years .While apply a loan through SMS . I have received a call from the branch . They confirmed 90000 rs is alloted for me @rate of 21% interest . I agreed & they confirmed a executive from the bank will come & collect the documents which inclde 5 cheques . Till now it is not collected . Please confirm whether U provide the loan or can I go to some other bank.
