After collecting our money handing us a contract saying we would be sued for $10,000 if we did not neuter our pup, then she has failed to deliver the pup's papers after we did so. Her own contract says she will provide papers once we send in proof of neutering (we did) but she has not provided his papers in 3 months while giving excuses such as 1) She sent in the wrong name of the sire oops 2) She sent in the wrong birth date 3) She is in a divorce and her husband won't give her the documents. She even said "the papers mean nothing to anyone anyway". The papers represent his heritage and we paid for them! My take, this is a hairball operation run by a completely irresponsible person (Kellie) and I would never recommend this business to anyone seeking a pup...Still, but we love our pup!
