I bought a 200.00$ remote control car & right out of the box it would not work, called the store and Jack said bring it in for a store credit, I was happy and thought wow this guy is a stand up person, drove 50 miles to the store and got the run around for about a half hour then he suggested I was at fault for a problem with this product. This car was run for about 2 minutes, and would not run any longer, it was just making a grinding noise. Any way he pretty much said sorry for your luck but this is not my problem. Now I am a huge race fan & had 1000.00$ more to spend after I had made my exchange, but after getting blown off & seeing his outrageous prices, I bit my tongue & left, Any way I thought I would share my experience, to help other possible customers of this store, this product is manufactured by Team up international.
