Today is April 8, 2009. I just picked up my personal income tax information from the Jackson Hewitt tax office #13468 in New Orleans, La. The associate made copies of all my information related to file my personal federal taxes two weeks ago. I never got a call from anyone. The taxes were unprepared. The atomosphere was very unprofessional and the service horrible. I went to another tax professional and my taxes were completed and file the very same day.
