We had got our internet connection disconnected around 3 months back on the landline airtel phone no. 4003653 itself. The existing plan of internet and voice services was changed to only voice service plan for Rs. 499.00 per month but no action was taken. While paying our Nov Bill iI called your complait office and spoke to Mr. Rajiv Chopra, who understood the problem and gave me a waver of Rs. 200.00 on the existing bill and asked me to deposit the existing bill in the Ambala Cantt office and get a copy of the application signed from Miss Ruchika, a front desk operator who would degrade my internet cum voice plan to just a voice plan of Rs.499.00. Miss Ruchika took more than 15 min to understand what was written in my application. She started calling, first Mr. Rajiv's office and then Mr. Harpal's office for further clarifications just wasting my another 15 min. She would not sign my application and kept on insisting that I write another application just for plan change and should not give all the details that had happened with me. After her not agreeing I told her that I would be forced to disconnect my connection. She contacted Mr. Harpal but it seemed they were more concerned about their chair than their customer.
