This is the only way i can speak to my brother sence i am in foster care. For the last 24 hours or more i have been permently muted. sence thin i have not been able to speak to my brother. he trys to talk to me but thinks something is wrong sence i dont and CANT answer back. i know now that i have broken some rules. but did not know anything about how to appolgise or the importance of the appeal. My brother is my life. hes all i have dont take that away from me. i beg u.
