We have no complaints. My Haven Hot tub has been great. I have noticed that because Jim's products are so superior to the rest that a lot of upset spa salespeople have been on the warpath to try and smear him.
We have a Moonbay and that spa has been running for 5 years with one minor problem. Jim took care of it right away.
