I have tried to resolve my comlaint with PayPal who has now suggested i contact the merchant James River Software.
My effort to get a refund started on Sept 27, 2010 the same day I rdered a Key Finder and Key finder package
for a total of $24.90. I canceled but evidently my cancelation did not take.
I never recieved the material and would appreciate some word from you as to why i have not recieved a refund. ID 2580-9341-4962-7337
