James Winfree of Masterpiece Pools out of Jupiter, Florida took payments for monthly pool service only to find out for months he had not been cleaning/adding chemicals to my sick father's pool. We were out of state family caring for my father who owned the pool in Florida when we discovered this. No one was at the house monitoring pool consistently because dad was in hospital or nursing home. Met with James to discuss our discovery of green/brown pool, agreed to refund $100 to us. Never received payment or response even after lawyer sent him notice of compliance.
