I continually was disappointed with the lack of good customer service and poor quality of work on my car. I found myself returning to this shop multiple times because the "problem" was not fixed properly. I felt I was not treated with respect as a paying customer. The customer service representative often became argumentative and downright rude at times when discussing issues concerning my car. Overall, I rate this shop as poor (quality of work and customer service). I would not recommend this mechanic shop to anyone.
