Went camera shopping and wanting to be able to hold it decided to buy at a store rather then online. Decided to try J&R remembering that they have a big store downtown and that they are supposed to have good prices and selection.

All in all i would have to say that while the selection was good the customer service left something to be desired. It seemed the salespeople in the camera area did not fully understand the products and while nice could not provide the expertise one might want. If shopping it is worth stopping in but if you dont know much about the product might want to make sure you have a good salesperson or try another place and compare them.
