I am the proud owner of a Clormatic Chlorine Generator for my swimming pool. The initial cost was north of $2, 000 dollars. Since the installation in June 2003 I have invested an additional $2, 000 to keep it operating. In June of 2007 I replaced the Electrolytic Salt Cell at a cost of almost $700, at that time I called Jack Zurich, the Service Manager for the entire East Coast with my concerns of many, many service calls over the past 4 years. I was told by Jack Zurich "if in the future you have any more problems, I will help with replacement parts". Well 3 months ago I got the dreaded audible alarm indicating a problem with the system. I called Mr. Zurich at that time. He told me that "things don't last forever"! and no he wouldn't help me with anything! I currently have a system that has cost me close to $4, 000 dollars and doesn't work! I refuse to keep throwing money into a WORTHLESS product. The bottom line is BEWARE of anything Jandy Pool Products makes!
