I had this company complete work on my new house. I trusted the owner as he had worked on my previous home. He is very pricey and acts as if he cares but, he is just trying to make you part with as much money as he thinks you can handle. It seems once he gets you to sign on the dotted line, the change orders roll in.Didn't work with me though. He is definitely is a scam artist and a cheat. I have filed with the BBB and others as I contacted other customers of his and they concur. He has yet to come back to fix several deficiencies in the construction. The manager of the local building code division has two members of his dept. under review as several of the deficiencies should have never been approved. Mr. Jarman bragged about everything always passes inspection in his company. If it doesn't fault lies with the permitting dept.
