These guys are running a scam.

I bought their hair care product which was worth $139.99. They charged my credit card the same day when I placed my order as supposed to charging it after shipping the order.

They have not shipped any product to me so far. It's now close to 6 months. It's very hard to get to their customer service person. No one picks up the phone. I can not leave any messages as their voice mail box is always full. Whenever I get to a customer service person they start apologizing and promise to ship the product in the next week and then nothing happens. I have asked to cancel my order and refund my money back. Again, they keep saying that I should see the money refunded back in few days and that day never comes.
