my name is jay alan meek. on july 31st 2010 at approx. 10:30am i was visiting your restaurant for a bit to eat. i deceided to enter the restroom to wash up. as i approached the sink my feet sliped out from under me due to the fact that the floor was covered with water that had apparently over flowed from the toilet. as a result of this incident i was transported by ambulance to brandon regional hospital. i have since visited a spine special services clinic and through m.r.i have determin that i have substained serious injury to my back. if y7ou wish to make an agreement with me before i contact legal assisance you have 24 hours to have your claims adjuster contact me. i have made repeated atempts to contact someone over this matter an have recieved no help what so ever.
