I am a customer there who has been for the most part good on my car payments. Recently I have had some finicial issues, but i have keep them updated. i made a payment arrangement to pay thme and the day that my payment was due they without my consent posted a 450.00transaction on my account. now usually i would make phone payments and get confirmation. i have no forms signed for auto debit. but anyway, they tried to lie anad say i authorized it and then they said it was a mistake and if i bring in paperwork then they would fix it. i got up there nad they said it was'nt their problem and they would give me my money back if i gave them the car. we started to argue they totally disregarded the fact that they stole the money from my account and tried to repo my car while i was there.
