Somehow they managed to access my account and charge it $9.95 for three months (Nov 10, Dec 8, 2008 and Jan 8, 2009) before I caught up with them. They claim that I agreed to a $10. discount through some e-mail (they used an old e-mail: [email protected], which is no longer what I use. I have been using [email protected] for over a year). I don't remember getting the e-mail and demanded they cancel and give back my money. They (a man named Chris) agreed to cancel but said he could only give me back $9.95. I told him he was ripping me off.
