I went to store to exchange some items. Went to customer service told the person I wanted to make an exchange she asked for the receipt I gave it to her, she said go get what you want exchange. When I came back she wasnt there, I explained to the employee that was therewas I making an exchange, she asked for the receipt, I told her I left with another e mployee the receipt was in plain sight she looked at it and the clothes she said she couldnt do anything. I told to compare my credit card with the receipt she then called her supervisor who took30 minutes to respond. When she came she called someone else, she came and looked the receipt and my card. I finally got the exchange. My complaint is that it took about 45 min to an hour and I missed to get home.
