Hired JD Portrait Art for their wedding photography services and it started off well with the photographer(a lady) arriving early. Little did I know everything would go downhill from there. She was so slow on her feet that she missed several minor highlights, which was a bummer. Also, she was seemingly eager for us to wrap up the event even though I was told that she would be with us the entire day. A little over a week later, I received a mail with a CD containing unedited photos of the wedding when, in fact, i was promised photos that would be "ready-to-display". Now I have to hire someone to edit all these photos and that's just not right.
