took my car in because it was knocking they said it was a fly wheel and that if it turned out to be the engine i would need to get three other statement that it was the engine and then they would fix it under the warranty but for now i would have to pay 460.00 dollars for the fly wheel in order to get my car back. they are guessing at what is wrong and pretty much told me that they sold bad cars to women because women didnt no if they where good cars or not. after fighting with everyone there including a seceratry who knows about fixing a car. I called a ford dealer ship and they said there is no fly wheel on that model of car and they would no it is a ford. dont buy a car from these people even under warranrty they wont fix it. it will always be something not coverd according to them.
