I have been a customer of Dish Network for over 10 years. One of the receivers stopped working so I contacted the customer service to find a solution. Their answer was to send me a new box, but with a FEE. I tried to explain to the agent him and his supervisor that the box which belong to them is their product and has their logo on it and that I shouldn't be charged for something that goes wrong with it especially since they own it and the mistake is from their end. Not only I am not using the service that I am paying for because the receiver is out of service, but Dish Network expects me to pay a fee for their poor quality of product that clearly show how much they care about customer service. Their final answer was "there will be a fee, do you want it or not!"
