I have a 1997 Subaru legacy that I had towed to Mr. Jenkins for auto repairs and the total amount of repairs was $250.00 and I gave the mechanic $200.00 and the next following week he told me that he could have the car down by 11:00 am the next day and I told him that if he could get the car done by 11: 00 I would give him an extra $125.00 plus the the remaining balance, well 11:00 o'clock hasn't got hear yet, so the person that I was selling the car to got mad and wanted her money back, which was $900.00, so I'm in the process of giving her that money back and I still don't have a car. The week before last I txt them and told them not to do many thing else to that car and that I want my money back and to set the car out in the yard so that I could have a tow truck to come and pick the car up and that was Feb. 7, 2011 that car should have been put in the yard and it wasn't. So how can I retrieve my lose, the $900.00 that I had to give back to the lady, the cost that I paid others to bring over there and the blue book value of the car and I yet don't have the car to this day.
