The information provided is mostly in the Europe states not the U.S., also they don't give you a direct link to the site. I called 8 times and e-mail support 3 times before I ever got a direct link to the site. They should not be able to over the serices for U.S. when majority help in in the Europe states. This needs to be fixed. Also, they have my name listed on one of sites on the internet. I did not give them that permission. All you have to do is long on the www.fed-pack.com/ket
