For the second straight time Jenny Services Co. did not show up at our restaurant for a scheduled appointment & did not call in advance to cancel.

Kitchen exhaust cleaning is a vital part of restaurant safety and I am surprised & disappointed that Jenny Services Co. takes it so lightly.
