on two separate occaissions this company is getting away with thief. #1. in 1998 I purchased a new setting for my 96.8 carat with two small black flaws in it diamond. I recieved a three quarter flawless diamond back. and 2. in november of 2009 this store while cleaning my 6 carat genuine champaine topazthat was square shaped with slightly rounded corners, they switched the stone with a fake round smaller stone that turned sideways freely and moved up and down easily. I have the evidence and nothing has ben done.
