Beware of Jeremiah Yancy and anyone associated with him. He also uses business names of Long Branch Group, Yancy Corp, and River Valley Group. I’m going to be short and to the point here and hit the highlights:
1) The State of Idaho is has filed a civil suit against him for violation of securities laws.
2) He has and is being tracked through Idaho, Arizona, Colorado, Texas and other states.
3) This man has a track record of associating himself with a church either as a pastor or an elder and integrating himself into a trusting community.
4) He uses this trust relationship to steal your money – usually through real estate or ForEx trading. Usually using YOUR cash and YOUR credit and then disappearing. Also he usually seems to co-mingle monies without proper paperwork.
5) Save yourself the loss of money and credit that not only my husband I are enduring (and at least 5 other couples we know of). DO NOT LEND YOUR MONEY, YOUR CREDIT, OR EVEN YOUR TRUST.
