This builder should be is jail. He mismanaged my construction fund money. He did not pay suppliers and subcontractors as he should have. I ended up with 4 liens on my home and a lawsuit to force foreclosure by the lumber company Bolyards Lumber. Fifth Third bank would not allow me to handle my funds and the title company neglected to do their job and did not check waivers because they were friendly with the builder.
