I guess its not their fault, unless they dont screen companies good enough, but service magic turned me on to a very unorganized company. i hired a company to install 6 andersen windows, signed a contact, gave a 30% deposit and then got a call saying they misquoted the job and needed 1200.00 more.that didnt happen.then came new house windows for a replacement window job, oh and did i mention the windows were ordered 2 inches too small ht&wd. by the way the installers were great considering the office screw ups.the company is "jerrys handyman and remodeling"balto. md. this occured the week of 11/08/2009.
