I wanted a camcorder for an overseas trip I am taking in 8 days. I ordered a Canon HFS100 from them via their web site, and included overnight shipping. I received an unusual confirmation an hour later that my order was received, but it did not contain the camera model, cost, shipping, or anything else. The next day, about 18 hours later, I receive an email stating that I needed to call them within 10 days or my order would be cancelled. When I called, the person I spoke to said the camcorder had been oversold, and another shipment would be coming in within 2 weeks. I told him to cancel the order and not charge the credit card. I am closely monitoring my credit card account now and no unusual charges have appeared, but I am still very wary. I would avoid doing business with them.
