Connection dropping numerous times, sometimes for days at a time...
Absolute worse customer service i have experienced through ANY company. Decent download speeds if its working but this speed is completely underminded by the fact that there is a .25k/sec upload cap.
If you are a gamer or enjoy uploading videos this will greatly affect you.
If you can avoid this company do so.
