I bought an engagement ring from this company. After it was resized, as many engagement rings must be, the diamond came back crooked. Once the company realized I was an unhappy customer they quit returning my phone calls and emails. I attempted to get a full refund and they didn't honor the 30 money back gaurantee. They finally did replace the crooked diamond ring, but the ring they replaced it with was just as crooked and the diamond was completely broken! The break could be seen with the naked eye. They also stated I knew I was buying an UNCERTIFED diamond. I knew no such thing as they never once said this on thier website and I got paperwork stated the original diamond was certified. They have bad products and even worse customer service. I would NEVER recomend this company nor their fake products to anyone.
