I don't know where they are other than Ontario. I ordered 2 bottles of perfume in August and have not received my order. I was eventually told it was on back order with their supplier. Now they will not respond to my emails instructing them to credit my Visa immediately.

What do we know about these clowns? I want my money back and would like to know how many other complaints have been filed about this company and what I can do in order to either receive my order or get my money
